Putney Construction has been in business since 1992 beginning with Jeff Putney working as the sole employee and growing to 15 plus employees. We have built over 40 new custom homes and numerous remodels. We have expertise in building high-end custom homes and estates that include ocean front, hilltop and hillside homes. We are experienced in working with scenic easements and sensitive habitat areas. Jeff is proud to be a 3rd generation Santa Cruz native and lives in Santa Cruz with his wife Jenny, daughter Callie and son Braden.
What you can expect from an initial meeting is to go over a marketing presentation receiving a packet that highlights some of the many projects completed most recently, various sections that give you examples of our estimate and invoice tracking, project allowances, project selection schedules, and product spec sheets. Jeff will show you the tools used to communicate with clients and how he keeps the project organized and on track.
